Returns & Refund Policy
At Dandy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- Sale items, gift cards, and underwear are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
Refund or Exchange Options
- You can choose to either exchange the item for a different size or style, or request a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at contact@dandyclothingcompany.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipping.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@dandyclothingcompany.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@dandyclothingcompany.com.
