Shipping Address

Delivery will only be made to the shipping address provided by you during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries can be received at the specified address during normal working hours. We cannot reroute shipments once they have been dispatched.

Shipping Timelines

We ship according to the delivery timelines provided for each product:

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for all orders within Sri Lanka is 4 days

Sourcing Risk

Dandy does not assume any sourcing risk, especially regarding purchases made by product description. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a full refund.
